RULES:

1. Junior Girl Scouts may submit an entry as an individual or a team.
2. The words "Kids Judge!" or "Kids Judge! Neuroscience Fair" must appear somewhere in the design.
3. Each girl or team may submit up to 3 designs.
4. Designs may be any shape or size but must be drawn within a 5 inch by 5 inch space.
5. You may use up to 9 colors. Remember to include a border on your design.
6. Submit designs to Nikki Barber at the GS, SPC-Scranton Council Office, 333 Madison Ave., Scranton, PA 18510 no later than December 16, 2002.
7. Each design must include the following information: name, address, troop number, phone number, and e-mail address:
