On Saturday, November 23 2002, Junior Girl Scout troops attending the Kids Judge! Fair at The University of Scranton were invited to design the activity patch for next year's Kids Judge! Neuroscience Fair.

Meggie of Troop 518 in Montrose, PA created the winning design and won a pizza party for her troop!
